Medical Services at Bright Hope
Your health and safety come first. You’ll find free, professional care in a welcoming environment at our Medical Clinic. Our services include:
- Medically verified pregnancy testing to provide an initial result
- Early ultrasounds to verify your pregnancy, determine gestational age (how far along you are), and confirm the pregnancy’s location
- Limited STI testing, treatment, and education (women only)
- Prenatal vitamins to support your health during pregnancy
- Medical referrals to connect you to further high-quality care
- Community resources to equip and empower you
- Pregnancy options consultations to help you understand all your choices

Resource Center Support Services
Pregnancy brings many questions, and practical support can make all the difference. Through our Pregnancy Resource Center, Bright Hope offers the following services to clients:
- Empowered Parenting Program—individual and group classes on pregnancy and parenting topics
- Baby Boutique—free baby essentials for participants in our parenting program
- Emergency baby supplies for urgent needs
- Community referrals to connect you with additional help and resources
- Pregnancy loss support for those walking through grief
- Post-abortion support for healing and hope after a past abortion
